Step 1: Contact the Office

  • Call or visit the office to request activation
  • Only the Main Account Holder can set up the account
  • Staff will verify email and send activation link

Step 2: Check Your Email

  • Open activation email
  • Create password
  • Log in and continue

Important: Password criteria text may remain red—this does not mean it is incorrect.

 

Step 3: Review Family Information

  • Review your Family Form
  • Make any needed updates
  • Click COMPLETE

You can access your Family Form at any time:

  • Go to MY ACCOUNT
  • Go to the Account Holder box
  • Select the 3 dots
  • Select Update Account Form
  • Make any needed updates
  • Click COMPLETE

Step 4: Add Participants (If Needed)

  • Go to MY ACCOUNT
  • Look in the Account Members box
  • If participant is listed, skip to Step 5
  • If participant is not listed click ADD NEW PERSON
  • Enter First and Last Name
  • Enter Date of Birth and Gender
  • Click SAVE

Step 5: Enroll in Activities (If Needed)

Only complete step 5 if registering for an activity. If only activating your account, you are FINISHED!

  • Go to ACTIVITIES
  • Select activity → Click ENROLL
  • Choose your Participant and select the Membership dropdown
  • Select the listed activity
  • Click NEXT

Note: “Free” refers to enrollment timing, not cost. All activities have a fee due after approval

Step 6: Complete the Participant Form

  • Complete or review all required fields
  • Click NEXT
  • Check “I am not a robot
  • Click COMPLETE
  • Click OK

After Submission

  • Watch for confirmation email
  • Wait for approval
  • Submit payment if approved
Important Additional Information:

Emergency Contacts form (linked in the participation form)

  • Current families will not see their contact list in their account
  • To review or remove contacts: email contactus@bgcuv.org
  • To add contacts: submit Emergency Contact form located on the Program Registration Form (under Emergency Contact link)

 Income Verification form (linked in the participation form)

  • Submitted within past year → no need to resubmit
  • Unless there have been significant changes

Additional Required Forms (If Applicable)

If you answer YES, a form will be emailed and must be completed:

  • Food Allergies
  • Milk Allergies
  • Special Needs

IMPORTANT – REQUIRED FORMS & APPROVAL

  • All requested forms must be returned promptly
  • Failure to return forms will delay approval
  • Registration is NOT complete until all forms are received and approve

Helpful Tips for OLR

  • Using an email tied to an existing household causes an error.
  • Creating a new email won’t work if you already exist in a household.
  • Only Main Account Holder can authorize changes.

Membership Reminders

  • No need to enroll in After School Membership.
  • Call to confirm membership is current.
  • Children with expired memberships require pickup within 1 hour
