Step 2: Create a New Account
- Select NEW ACCOUNT
- Complete the form with:
- First & Last Name
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Click NEXT
Step 3: Wait for Account Approval
Club staff will receive an email requesting account creation
- Staff will verify that:
- You are not already in the system
- A duplicate account is not being created
- Once approved, you will receive an email link to:
- Create a password
- Verify your email address
- Activate your account
- Click the link in your email
Important:
- Password criteria text may remain red—this does not mean it is incorrect
- Create and confirm your password
- Click SUBMIT
Step 4: Complete Family Information Form
- Complete the form
- Select COMPLETE when all items are finished
- A Success message will confirm the form is complete
- Click ok to return to the Welcome Page
Step 5: Add Your Child
- Go to MY ACCOUNT TAB → ADD NEW PERSON in the Account Members box
- Enter First & Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Click Save
- Add all participants you plan to enroll
Step 6: Enroll in an Activity:
- Go to ACTIVITIES
- Select the activity → Click ENROLL
- Choose your participant and select the Membership dropdown
- Select the listed Activity
- Click NEXT
Note: “Free” refers to enrollment timing, not cost. All activities have a fee due after approval
Step 7: Complete the Participant Form
- Complete all required fields
Required Forms (linked in the Participant Form):
- Emergency Contact Form (required)
- Proof of Income Form (required)
If you answer Yes to the following:
- Food Allergies-A form will be emailed (must be completed)
- Milk Allergies-A form will be emailed (must be completed)
- Special Needs-A form will be emailed (must be completed)
IMPORTANT:
Registration is not complete until all required sections and linked forms are submitted
- Click NEXT to continue
• Check the I am not a robot box
• Click COMPLETE - Click OK
Final Step: Submission Confirmation
- You will see: “Completed, Thank You!”
- You will receive a confirmation email
Next Steps:
- Watch your email for approval or denial
- If approved, log back in to submit payment
