The Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley is looking for the right people to join our team working with youth this school year. Program Staff will plan and implement fun and enriching activities for youth in our afterschool program. A typical day would include tasks such as:
· Greeting youth and checking them in as they arrive at the facility
· Facilitating planned activities that keep minds and bodies active
· Maintaining a safe environment for youth to learn and grow
Successful applicants will possess a positive attitude, communication & conflict resolution skills, be a team player, pass a criminal history background check and drug screen and be 18 years of age or older. Applicants with experience in planning & implementing youth programs/activities are preferred.

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 /hour
Monday-Friday 3-4 hour shifts between the hours of 2:30pm-6:30pm
